Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Pro Specialty Services provides roofing, siding, and general contracting services in Lake County, Florida and surrounding areas. All services are subject to a separate written contract or proposal that outlines specific terms, scope of work, pricing, and warranties.

3. Estimates and Proposals

Our estimates and proposals are:

• Valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Based on conditions observed at the time of inspection
• Subject to change if additional damage or conditions are discovered
• Not a binding contract until signed by both parties

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your signed contract. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon completion of work
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Financing options may be available for qualified customers
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract

5. Warranties

Warranty coverage varies by service and materials used. Specific warranty terms are provided in your signed contract. Manufacturer warranties are subject to their respective terms and conditions. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation for the period specified in your contract.

6. Permits and Inspections

We obtain all necessary permits for work that requires them. Building inspections are scheduled as required by local code. The customer is responsible for providing access to the property for inspections.

7. Property Access and Preparation

Customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the work area. Items stored in attics, garages, or near work areas should be moved or protected. We take reasonable precautions to protect landscaping and property but cannot guarantee against all incidental damage.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are specified in your signed contract. Florida law provides a 3-day right to cancel for certain contracts signed at your home. Cancellation after materials have been ordered may result in restocking fees.

9. Insurance Claims

When we assist with insurance claims, we document the damage and meet your adjuster on site. We are roofing contractors, not public adjusters: we do not file, negotiate or settle claims on your behalf, and we are not responsible for claim outcomes or insurance company decisions. The customer is ultimately responsible for payment regardless of insurance coverage.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for your protection.
